Ray Acheson, director of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) disarmament program, who will talk about the organisation’s nonviolent approach to this work, from banning nuclear weapons to taking on the international arms trade. For 100 years, the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom has been promoting a vision of feminist peace by challenging militarism and patriarchy.
